1) You used the word "ephemeral." Regardless of other content, I have to approve of this comic.
2) While phrased humorously, I find this poignant. Don't you ever wish you were stupid? Not just ignorant, but actually incapable of grasping the intellectual material that makes life so depressing at times?

... But every time I start thinking about that, I realize that all the things I love require intellect, too. But if I didn't have the capability to understand those things, I would probably be amused by the silly little things in life that often earn my disdain, currently. It amuses me that I'm now pondering the deep implications of a shallow nature. I'm going to stop this before everything gets out of hand.
